We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our team in the capacity of Remote Personal Assistant.

As a Remote Personal Assistant, you will work closely with the Managers in order to achieve project objectives. 

The responsibilities of this position includes and is not limited to;

  • Conducting online research as and when required
  • Assisting with administrative tasks
  • Responding to client emails 
  • Recording meeting minutes and assigning tasks effectively
  • Assisting in creating presentations
  • Assisting in task management via the company’s project management tool

Skills & Requirements

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good Computer Literacy
  • Personal Computer and a good internet connection
  • 1+ years of prior experience in a similar capacity
