We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our team in the capacity of Remote Personal Assistant.
As a Remote Personal Assistant, you will work closely with the Managers in order to achieve project objectives.
The responsibilities of this position includes and is not limited to;
- Conducting online research as and when required
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Responding to client emails
- Recording meeting minutes and assigning tasks effectively
- Assisting in creating presentations
- Assisting in task management via the company’s project management tool
Skills & Requirements
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good Computer Literacy
- Personal Computer and a good internet connection
- 1+ years of prior experience in a similar capacity
